Calgary, AB, September 29, 2015 — Calgary’s equestrian fans are among the best in the world. Now they are being rewarded for their loyalty, says John Anderson, President of Rocky Mountain Show Jumping. This year’s Royal West on October 22-31 has been accepted into the prestigious Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League as one of 14 qualifiers on the continent.
“There has never been an event in Calgary quite like the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Calgary on Halloween night,” says Anderson. “In addition we’ll have the exciting Spirit of the West Cup and the three days of the Royal West International Championships. Riding fans will have a great choice of world class events to choose from. ”
Now, says Anderson, tickets are on sale for this fabulous week-plus of jumping being held at the Agrium on the Calgary Stampede grounds.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for online purchases or by phone in conjunction with the Calgary Stampede Ticket Office. Tickets may also be purchased the day of the event at the show box office.

Among the highlights for riding fans are the Early Bird special of just $10 (+ taxes) until October 15th.
After October 15th tickets will be only ($13 + taxes) for day tickets.
3 day passes for Oct 22nd – 24th and October 28th, 30th & 31st are $32 + taxes.
Riders compete to qualify for the opportunity to head to the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final, which takes place in Gothenburg, Sweden on 23-28 March 2016, to claim the highly coveted title and the accompanying jackpot of over $1.4 million.
In addition to great sport, fans will also enjoy a special family Halloween night, pop-up shops and petting zoos for kids.
