Good Food, Great Views, and Something for Everyone
During tournament season, Goby’s Grill is open Tuesday through Sunday, offering convenient options whether you’re looking for a quick bite between classes or a leisurely meal while taking in the action.
Grab something fresh and easy from our Grab & Go fridge, enjoy a pastry and coffee, or settle in and order something delicious from our full kitchen. With plenty of options for riders, families, spectators, and visitors, Goby’s is the perfect place to fuel up, relax, and enjoy a day at Rocky Mountain Show Jumping.
Dine With a View
One of the best parts of Goby’s is the setting. Our large outdoor patio overlooks the main grass competition ring, giving guests a front-row view of the action while enjoying great food and drinks.
Surrounded by the beautiful Alberta landscape with views toward the Rocky Mountains, it’s a unique dining experience you won’t find at a typical restaurant or sports venue.
Whether you’re watching a family member compete, catching up with friends between classes, or simply enjoying an afternoon outside, pull up a chair and stay awhile.
Something for Every Kind of Day
Tournament days can start early and run well into the afternoon, so Goby’s offers options to suit your schedule.
Need something quick before heading back to the barns? Stop by for a coffee, pastry, snack, or something from our Grab & Go selection.
Have some time between classes? Sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal from our full kitchen.
Finished competing for the day? Grab a drink, meet up with friends, and enjoy the atmosphere from the patio.

How We Got Our Name
Goby’s Grill got its name from John’s Olympic Mount that took him to the Olympics in Soul, South Korea when he 21 years old. Thanks to the support of their parents, Barbara & J.C. Anderson, the Anderson children (often referred to as the “A” team) were extremely successful in their sport.
John, Bryan, Sandra & Susan travelled extensively and represented Canada successfully at many International Events.
